Water aerobics classes for Beacon Woods East members, neighbors and friends start at 9:00 AM at the Clubhouse swimming pool on Mondays and Fridays and will run until the fall. We encourage BWEHA members to bring friends and neighbors, whether members or not. This is a great opportunity for gentle exercise, healthy fun and making new friends. The cost per class is $4 for members and $5 for non-members. Joan Florio, a member of the American Exercise Association and a Certified Water Aerobics Instructor, leads the classes. Bingo Players Needed! Several BWEHA members are interested in re-starting Bingo games on Thursday nights at 7:00 PM in the Clubhouse. This can be a good opportunity to get out of the house and socialize with your neighbors. You can even bring guests. If we find at least 15 people to sign up, Bingo will re-start on the first Thursday night in October. If you are interested in this kind of fun, please call the Clubhouse at 863-5447 and let them know. We are also in need
of a Bingo caller. If you are someone who would love to hear his or her voice boom out
over our Clubhouse PA system, here is your chance. You can announce games, call numbers and congratulate
winners. Let us know if you are
interested. If we can enlist enough
players and a willing caller, we will contact you about the starting date.

Tai Chi Class Tai Chi classes are held on Tuesdays at the BWEHA Clubhouse at 10:30 AM. You are invited to join in on this easy, fun and relaxed slow movement exercise. Classes will be led by professionally trained Pat Seborowski. Benefits from Tai Chi exercise include help with arthritis, diabetes, balance problems, stress, blood pressure, concentration, focus and more. BWEHA members will be charged $4.00 and non-members $5.00. Bring a friend!
