The most common deed restriction violations:

1. Property not maintained, either lawns, shrubs, bushes,
garbage cans not put away, ….…

2. Changes/repairs to lots without Architectural Request
for painting, landscaping , additions, tree  removal, fences, ….…

3. Parking on lawns;  unregistered vehicles, boats, building/construction
material/debris, trailers, jet skis with or without trailers, kayaks,
    sheds, on lots.

You can help to maintain property values and keep your community desirous. Our intention is NOT to be adversarial. Please, take a good look at your lot. You can correct a problem before we need to tell you about it.

Remember, You and the Community wins.

THANKS IN ADVANCE.
