New owners are reminded that we are a deed restricted community with regulations governing the maintenance and appearance of their property. We charge small association fees payable quarterly, semi-annually or annually. All new members agree to this arrangement in writing at closing.

We encourage new members to visit our Clubhouse, check out our swimming, sports and playground facilities, and find out about our community activities.

The BWEHA Board of Directors meets twice a month on the first and second Tuesdays. The first meeting is a Aworkshop@ to set the agenda for the formal Board Meeting on the second Tuesday. New members are invited to attend these meetings and learn about the workings of our association. They can participate in the formal Board meeting by speaking or asking questions during the Open Forum part of the meeting.

All members receive the monthly BEACON newsletter and are encouraged to read it for important news about the community and its people.

Help Us Deliver Newsletters!

Beacon Woods East Homeowners Association needs a volunteer or volunteers to deliver Beacon  newsletters each month in the following neighborhood area:

  RAVENSWOOD VILLAGE - Shadberry Lane

SANDPIPER VILLAGE - Seeley, Shoemaker and Willoughby

WOODWARD VILLAGE I - Woodward Dr.

WOODWARD VILLAGE II - Wagner Dr.

Volunteers pick up the newsletters at the BWEHA Clubhouse and deliver them in the assigned neighborhood area.  A call from the Association Administrative Assistant lets you know that the  Beacons are available, usually during the first few days of the month.
The Beacon newsletter is the primary way we communicate important information to our association members, so please help us spread the word by volunteering a small amount of your time each month.  We will really appreciate it and so will your neighbors!
Call Carol at 863-5447 to volunteer, or to ask questions about this opportunity.

Clubhouse Rental Eligibility

Due to concerns about wear and tear on the Clubhouse and related facilities, the rental policies are summarized as follows:

1. Qualified BWEHA members and their families may rent the Clubhouse for $150.00. They must fill out the necessary paperwork and make the required damage/cleaning deposit of $300.

2. A qualified member can no longer sponsor non-family individuals.

3. Qualified members may sponsor religious or political groups to use the Clubhouse for a rental fee of $300.00. Florida law governing homeowner associations guarantees this right.
