President’s Message

  Florida law requires homeowner associations with deed restrictions approaching 30 years old to follow certain procedures to prevent restrictions from expiring.  The law allows preservation of the covenants and restrictions by at least a 2/3 vote of the Board of Directors.  I am happy to report that the Board by a unanimous vote on April 10, preserved the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions applicable to the 15 Beacon Woods East subdivisions notified of this meeting and process.

  I want to thank outgoing Board members Rhonda Pettlo and Larry Stith for the time and effort they gave our community serving on the Board in recent years.  They are great examples of the spirit needed to keep communities healthy and growing.
