President’s Message  The
2009 BWEHA budget has been approved by the Board and the good new is
that there will be NO INCREASE in the members' annual assessment rate
for next year! The Budget Committee worked very hard on keeping expenses to a minimum and we extend our sincere thanks to Larry Stith, Rhonda Pettlo, and Property Manager Rosanne Frick who worked with me on this committee. I would like to remind everyone that the Clubhouse, swimming pool and surrounding recreational areas are off limits from dusk to dawn. This excludes those attending approved evening events in the Clubhouse. This measure was necessary because of the rise in vandalism and has helped improve the situation. I would like to thank all the volunteers in the Beacon Woods East Crime Watch Program for their efforts in protecting our neighborhoods. Thanks also to Dona Fanning for her time and effort in this program. She is a devoted homeowner in our community. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I hope your tummy ends up full of turkey and pumpkin pie. If you are traveling, have a safe trip. Pat Coffey, President
