The Board of Directors of Beacon Woods East Homeowners’ Assn., Inc. at their March 14, 2023 regularly scheduled meeting, authorized a charge of $200.00 for the preparation of an Estoppel Certificate in accordance with Florida Statues 720.30851 and 720.3087. If you want it expedited there is an additional $50.00 charge.
Payment must be paid at the time of the request.
Please remit the $200.00 payment made payable to Beacon Woods East HOA by cash or check. Please include the estoppel certificate. If you need a RUSH estoppel the cost is $250.00.
