The Architectural forms you will need to complete to get permission from the Architectural committee for your outside projects are below.
Most projects you will use ‘Arch Req form A & B’, B is the second page which needs to be signed by the Homeowner, this form is for roofs, landscaping, flagpoles, mulch, rocks, etc. If you don’t see the form listed for your specific project that you want to do then use ‘Arch Req form A’.
Once completed you can drop your request off at the dropbox located at the Clubhouse double doors or you can turn it in to the office.
